Digital Bridge is a program to help immigrants in Philadelphia improve their computer skills and learn more about digital resources in their communities. We are looking for up to 10 Peer Facilitators who can help us train other immigrant community members on how to use the Northstar Digital Literacy platform, a website that teaches people basic technology skills.
What will you do as a Peer Facilitator
- Get trained to use the Northstar Digital Literacy platform
- Learn how to lead digital skills workshops
- Teach participants basic computer skills through computer labs and workshops
- Work on a small community project
- Receive support and guidance for your professional goals
Summary
Program Details
- Full Program: October 2026 to April 2027
- Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per week
- Stipend: Peer Facilitators will receive $150 for completion of training (Oct-Dec 2025) and up to $250 for workshop facilitation in Spring 2026.
- Format: Sessions will be in person in Center City.
